I had the pleasure of working with Euro RSCG Impact in their promotional campaign as Wells Fargo introduced their branding here in North Carolina. This was a fantastic production that was over 6 weeks of shooting. Arts for Art’s Sake of Winston Salem selected several local artists to each give their own personal take of community on their over0-sized chair hand crafted at Troutman Chair Co. of Statesville NC.

Each chair was on display in downtown Winston Salem promoting public display local art while celebrating the city of the arts. Each chair was quite unique and a great deal of time and energy went into this project from Wells Fargo.

Champ and Jean Land of Troutman Chair Co. and their wonderful team were inspiring to document as they remain one of the few furniture companies in NC to keep all their production here in NC.

Wells Fargo used a in-house editor for this video.

It was a great pleasure to be a part of Carolina Bride‘s 20th Anniversary Celebration Gala at The Duke Mansion. I wanted to give a big thanks to Amy Wiegand who is the General Manager for Carolina Bride. I have really enjoyed becoming more familiar with all you guys do for the wedding industry  under the ownership of Charlotte Observer. Thanks to Liz Neely who created Carolina Bride 20 years ago and whose leadership and vision paved the way for a publication that has become  such a integral part of the community in the greater Charlotte area and beyond. This industry is greatly improved for all your hard work Carolina Bride!

We recently shot at Dore Academy in Charlotte to create two trailers for their website and they are officially completed. Thanks to Ron, Jason and Karen of Little Red Bird in Charlotte for the business as well as all the wonderful staff at Dore. The school is very inspiring I was a bit jealous of the kids that got to attend there. You could really tell they felt happy and safe to be there.

For those of you who have friends or family with unique challenges such as ADD , Dyslexia, Short-term memory loss and ADHD keep this place in mind. They are going to be moving into a new facility this fall and we look forward to seeing them grow in their vision and mission.

I want to give a special thanks to Matt Powell for the edits as well as Doug Kaufman on the mastering and scoring of the audio. Thanks also to John South for the assist on shooting. I was very happy to be a part of carrying out the vision of Dore academy as their work hits close to home for me.

These films were shot entirely on 5d Mark II’s. The audio was captured mostly with Zoom H4n’s and Sennheiser lav’s. Slider Shots were shot on the Cinevate Atlas 26″ and glidecam pro 2000 was used for glide shots.  Lenses used were all Canon.  135 F2L, 24-105 f4L, 24-70 f2.8L, 35mm 1.4 L.
